Description
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens and replenish towels and toiletries.
- Report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure all supplies are stocked and ready for use.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, hardworking, friendly, and able to work independently.
