Requirement

  • Job Title: Room Attendant
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Clean guest rooms, ensure rooms are maintained to hotel standards, replenish amenities, and respond to guest queries promptly.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Qualities and Traits: High attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and a friendly demeanor.
