Responsibilities

• Help IT teams meet SOX and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Support and improve IT policies and standards for risk, security, and compliance.
• Track compliance issues and ensure remediation plans are completed.
• Work with auditors to validate IT controls.
• Manage third‑party risk assessments.
• Review IT projects for compliance with security, privacy, and control requirements.
• Collaborate and contribute innovative ideas to strengthen compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Preferred certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP.
• 4–6 years of IT compliance or audit experience.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies (networking, servers, endpoints, cloud, SAP, change management).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO, NIST, COBIT).
