Job Requirements

• At least High School or Vocational Graduate
• NC II Certification is an advantage
• Experience in rigging, lifting, and installation works
• Knowledgeable in proper handling of tools and equipment
• Physically fit and willing to work at heights
• Willing to be assigned to different project sites
• Deployment Areas:

1. Metro Manila
2. Central Luzon
3. South Luzon
4. Visayas and Mindanao

Responsibilities

• Prepare, inspect, and assemble rigging equipment prior to lifting operations.
• Assist in loading, unloading, transferring, and positioning of electrical materials, equipment, transformers, poles, panels, and other heavy components.
• Secure loads properly using chains, slings, ropes, shackles, and other rigging devices.
• Coordinate with crane operators, supervisors, engineers, and installation teams during lifting operations.
• Ensure that all lifting activities are conducted safely and within allowable load capacities.
• Conduct visual inspection of rigging tools and equipment before and after use.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of rigging equipment and tools.
• Follow company safety protocols, operational procedures, and site regulations at all times.
• Assist with site preparation and material handling activities as needed.
• Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, incidents, or operational concerns immediately to the Supervisor.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by Management or the Project Supervisor.
