- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends and customer preferences.
- Utilize visual merchandising techniques to enhance product display and store aesthetics.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product standards and presentation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:0-2 years
- Skills and Competencies:Quality Management, Inventory Management, Strategic Planning
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to execute merchandising plans effectively
