TACTICAL COORDINATOR – NCR AREA, MONTALBAN,MANDALUYONG,MAKATI
Area Assignment: NCR
OWN MOTORCYCLE – REQUIRED
We are looking for a Tactical Coordinator who is organized, responsible, proactive, and comfortable with field work across NCR.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and monitor field personnel within assigned areas
• Conduct regular field visits and site monitoring
• Assist with deployment, attendance, and personnel concerns
• Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and field staff
• Prepare and submit required reports and updates
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures
• Handle urgent field concerns and provide immediate coordination when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in field coordination, manpower, operations, sales, or related roles is an advantage
• Must have own motorcycle and a valid driver's license
• Willing to travel around NCR
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, reliable, and highly responsible
• Can work independently and manage multiple concerns
• Willing to do field work
