Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visually impactful product displays that captivate customer interest and enhance the shopping experience.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain stock levels and ensure popular items are readily available for customers.
• Collaborate with store management to plan and execute promotional displays and seasonal merchandising strategies effectively.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions regarding product placement and merchandising techniques.
• Train and guide store staff on best practices for merchandising and customer service to foster a knowledgeable sales team.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• Experience as Merchandiser or Meat Cutter (Chicken) is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in proper meat cutting, handling, and food safety standards
• Physically fit and willing to do manual work
• Willing to be assigned in supermarkets
• With good work attitude and customer service skills
• Willing to start ASAP
