*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
- *Permit Management*: Process, manage, and arrange critical city and corporate permits required for daily technical operations and logistical store deliveries
- *Leasing Coordination*: Oversee the operational flow of the leasing section and ensure strict compliance with mall and building management terms
- *Rate Negotiation*: Lead negotiations on commercial offer rates, utility charges, and tenant fees based on the company's fiscal requirements
- *Contract Administration*: Systematically organize, monitor, and file detailed Lease Contracts, and handle timeline arrangements for space renewals and non-renewals
*QUALIFICATIONS*
- *Education*: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Legal, or any related field
- *Communication Skills*: Highly fluent in both speaking and understanding English for professional mall developer meetings
- *Work Ethic*: Capable of working under tight commercial timelines with minimal supervision
- *Operational Strengths*: Exceptional multitasking skills with high attention to detail in handling legal corporate documentation
- *Work Setup*: On-site at Head Office – Pasay City | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
