- Manage product displays to optimize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Ensure that merchandise is stocked and displayed according to company standards.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and trends.
- Collaborate with store management to plan sales and promotions.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong visual merchandising skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and creativity.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Working Conditions: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
