Job Description
- Stock Management: Ensuring shelves are fully stocked, inventory is replenished, and products are rotated (FIFO - First In, First Out) to avoid spoilage.
- Visual Merchandising: Setting up product displays, planograms, and promotional materials (pricing, signage) to boost sales.
- Reporting: Regularly reporting on inventory levels, stock gaps, and competitor activities (prices, promotions).
- Relationship Management: Coordinating with store managers and buyers to secure better product placement and resolve supply issues.
- Product Knowledge: Assisting customers and ensuring product knowledge is up to date.
