Description
- Design and implement attractive merchandise displays to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed to ensure availability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute promotional campaigns effectively.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve merchandising strategies.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of retail operations and merchandising
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment
