Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join our team during the Christmas season. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, maintain attractive merchandise displays, and help achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Recommend and promote products based on customer needs.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the selling area.
• Replenish stocks and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
• Monitor inventory and report low stock levels.
• Process sales transactions accurately (if assigned to cashier duties).
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate, or College Level.
• Experience in sales or retail is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Can start immediately.
