Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree. Open to fresh graduates with or without experience. Science-related courses are an advantage
• Must have a good English communication skills
• Willing to work 6 days per week
• Detail-oriented, focused and highly organized
• Good in time management
• Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure
• Capable of handling changing requirements or demands

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries related to health and wellness products
• Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs and promote overall health awareness
• Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and other sales initiatives
• Process sales transactions accurately while following cashiering and POS procedures
• Maintain product knowledge through training and continuous learning
• Ensure proper stocking, merchandising, and monitoring of product expiration and inventory
• Maintain store cleanliness, follow company standards, and support overall store operations as needed
