Qualification:

- College level is preferred, or at least high school level.

- At least 1 year of sales experience in sports items is required, or at least in fashion or shoes.

- Good effective communicator. Good developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.

- Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.

- Commitment to continuous learning.

- Good in sales analysis.

- Has good decision-making skills. 

-Demonstrate effectiveness in holding conversations with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Help customers find products, answer their questions, and provide information about features and benefits to enhance sales opportunities.
• Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, ensuring cash and payment handling procedures are followed properly.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise and following store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and participate in promotional activities.
