Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to customers.
• Assist customers by providing accurate product information and recommendations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays.
• Replenish stocks and ensure shelves are fully stocked at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low or out-of-stock items.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit sales and inventory reports as required.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or college level; a college degree is an advantage.
• Experience in sales, retail, or merchandising is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven, trustworthy, and goal-oriented.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle light merchandise.
