- Educational Background: Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s degree.
- Sales Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, with a documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Technical & Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive team performance and efficiency.
- Strategic Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey strategies clearly and negotiate effectively.
- Business Development: Proven capability in lead generation and a results-oriented approach to closing sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct service presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to support the full sales cycle.
