Job Description
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service
- Assist in product selection and answer inquiries
- Maintain store appearance and merchandise displays
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong marketing, public speaking, and sales training skills; capable in sales management and after-sales support.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage transactions, and resolve issues effectively.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment; may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent problem solver, and customer-focused.
- With at least 6 Months experience in sales
- NO EXISTING ITIME
- Good Communication Skills
- At least High School Graduate
- 5'2 in female and 5'5 in male
