- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets through effective communication and sales strategies.
- Provide product knowledge and training to new team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Sales Management, Sales Training, English Language proficiency, Strong Work Ethic, Problem Solver
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in promotional activities and merchandising efforts
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, team player, and strong interpersonal skills
