JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales, acquiring new corporate and reseller accounts, and managing customer relationships across walk-in, event, and online channels. The role ensures accurate order processing, timely delivery coordination, and effective payment collection while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. Additionally, the position supports brand visibility through bazaar and expo participation and maintains high customer satisfaction through proactive account management and after-sales support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, sales reporting, and forecasting techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
