The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining product displays, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Recommend products based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is well-organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory and replenish stocks as needed.
- Keep the selling area clean and presentable.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
