- Initiates and develops appropriate business relationships with target customers.
- Generates sales qualified leads by data mining, customer visits schedule and nurturing of potential customers.
- Answers customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary.
- Meets personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Sells recommended service work to each customer based on their units.
- Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication that could be in person, online meeting or over the phone.
- Ensures that all sales activities are appropriately coordinated with the service center.
- Maintains records of customer interactions, contact information, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Input customer equipment list as leads on SAP B1 opportunity module.
- Conforms to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Takes the extra mile to engage customers.
- Other administrative tasks are not limited to preparation and filing of VRF and MRF and Admin coordination.
