We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the right products, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to achieving sales goals. You will ensure a positive shopping experience by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and maintaining a well-organized sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.

-Answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

-Meet individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

-Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items when necessary.

-Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

- Good Communication Skills

- Willing to work Onsite

- Willing to work on a Shifting Schedule

- HS/SHS Grad (depending on the account)

- Must have call center experience

Must be currently residing within Metro Manila

Must be 18 years old and above (legal age)
