Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
• Promote and explain products, including features, benefits, prices, and promotions.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments when assigned.
• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked and organized.
• Monitor inventory and report low-stock or missing items to the supervisor.
• Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and refer complex issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with store promotions and events.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including proper handling of products and cash.
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in retail, sales, apparel, fashion, or a related field.

Previous experience in a mall-based boutique is an advantage.

Pleasant and pleasing personality with a positive and approachable attitude.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Sales-oriented, proactive, and confident when interacting with customers.

Well-groomed and presentable.

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced retail environmen
