Retail Sales Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION, RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Assist the Store Manager in delivering excellent service to ensure high customer satisfaction in the branch/store of the Dela Rosa Group of Companies where he/she will be assigned.

2. Assist the Store Manager in ensuring compliance with the company’s item audit, financial, discount, and other policies.

3. Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.

4. Operating cash registers, and managing and balancing financial transactions.

5. Directing customers to merchandise within the store and describing the items to the customer.

6. Must be efficient at cross- and up-selling products.

7. Contribute to store sales.

7. Must have superior product knowledge.

8. Must maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.

9. Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.

10. Follow up with customers after a sales call, email, meeting, or event to strengthen relationships, respond to questions, or conduct a business process.

11. Engage in Facebook posting and perform online and live selling.

12. Must maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

13. Submit daily and weekly sales reports, accomplishments, and other reports

14. Other necessary and related tasks that the company will assign.
