Sales Associate

Description

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
• Assist in managing inventory and arranging products on the sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.

At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, heavy machinery,

construction equipment, or material handling equipment. (Fresh graduates are welcome

to apply.)

Experience selling forklifts, stackers, warehouse equipment or related industrial products

is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent customer relationship management and business development skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
