Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, frames, and lenses

• Provide product information, features, and recommendations

• Handle sales transactions (cash, card, and e-wallet payments)

• Issue receipts and ensure accurate cashiering when assigned

• Maintain store cleanliness and proper product display

• Support inventory monitoring and stock replenishment

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Senior High School graduate / College level or graduate

• With or without experience (retail experience is an advantage)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Basic math and cashiering skills

• Willing to work mall hours and shifting schedule

• Can start ASAP is an advantage
