• When there are no field setups or promotional activities, the employee will assist in-store as a Sales Associate.

Position Overview

Responsible for supporting store presentation activities, promotional setups, and event-related installations within assigned locations. The role focuses on maintaining organized product displays, assisting in merchandising activities, and ensuring that store and promotional setups are completed efficiently and according to company standards.

This position also involves field coordination, monitoring display execution, and providing operational support during store activations and marketing events.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course or Bachelor’s Degree program
• Background in merchandising, retail display coordination, visual setup, or event support is an advantage
• Willing to conduct regular field assignments and visit multiple store locations when necessary
• Familiar with handling retail setups, promotional materials, and product presentation activities
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools such as Google Docs and Sheets
• Able to coordinate effectively with store personnel, operations staff, suppliers, and event teams
• Detail-oriented with good understanding of display arrangement and visual presentation standards
• Physically capable of assisting in installation, setup, and movement of promotional materials
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible, reliable, and willing to begin work immediately
