Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and demonstrate products to customers.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Arrange and replenish product displays according to company standards.
• Monitor inventory and report low stock levels.
• Ensure products are clean, properly priced, and attractively displayed.
• Process sales transactions when required.
• Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Submit daily sales and inventory reports.
• Follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and merchandising.
