- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.

Requirements

- Experience Level: 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, marketing knowledge, merchandising ability, sales training expertise, and inventory management proficiency.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage inventory, implement marketing strategies, and train new sales staff.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change.
