Description

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail setting.


  • Greet customers promptly and courteously.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
  • Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
  • Promote and sell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting suitable items.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
  • Participate in promotional activities and product launches.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
  • Assist in the setup and execution of store merchandising and promotional displays.
  • Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
  • Stay informed about current products, promotions, and inventory.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Communicate product information effectively to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and store operations.
  • Support other team members as needed, fostering a cooperative work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Assist in loss prevention efforts by monitoring customer behavior and reporting suspicious activities.
  • Ensure the security of the store by following opening and closing procedures.

Requirement

  • At least a SHS Graduate
  • Previous experience in Sales for at least 3 months is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
