• Ensures achievement of daily sales target.

• Highly promotes the merchandise to the customers through product knowledge and highlights.

• Assists in ensuring that sales activities and promotions are timely and accurately executed.

• Provides sales feedback on how sales can be improved (i.e. product, place, promotion, price,

people).

• Provides product feedback to the RSS.

• Prepares sales monitoring report completely, accurately and in a timely manner.

• Handles properly the store assets (i.e. merchandise, fixture, store supplies).

• Ensures clean and organized selling area and stockroom.

• Immediately reports store assets concerns to RSS

• Provides outstanding customer service experience.

• Offers and provides value-added services to customers (i.e. free coffee)

• Handles and reports customer issues and concerns.

• Conducts daily inventory count of merchandise in the selling area on store opening and closing

time.

• Assists in pre-audit count of merchandise in preparation for scheduled physical inventory audit

(Stockroom, Selling Area).

• Receives delivery and ensures it is tally with the delivery receipts in coordination with RSS.

• Executes pull-out process using pull-out slip in coordination with RSS.

• Updates inventory tools completely, accurately and in a timely manner (i.e. Stock Card, Sales

Logbook, Delivery/Pull-out Logbook).

• Helps ensure that retail damage is prevented.

• At least 21-27 years old

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Proficiency in English

• Track record of over-achieving sales quota

• Hands-on experience with POS transactions

• Familiarity with inventory procedures

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

• Availability to work flexible shifts

• High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
