Description
- Assist customers in locating and selecting products based on their needs.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately at the cash register.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and policies regarding payment and exchanges.
- Organize and restock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure optimal product visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level:1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies:Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Qualities and Traits:Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
- Working Conditions:Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
