Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide information on features and benefits.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stock inventory as needed.

• Provide excellent after-sales service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1-2 years exp. as sales assistant/documentation
• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and teamwork abilities.
