Job Description

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system or manually.
• Prepare, assemble, and serve food and drinks according to company recipes and portion sizes.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, counters, and restrooms.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Restock supplies, condiments, utensils, and food items as needed.
• Follow proper procedures in food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate handling of payments.
• Support team members in other areas of the store (kitchen, counter, dining) as needed.
• Assist in opening and closing duties including inventory checks and basic reports.

• Physically fit to stand for long hours and perform store duties.
• At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• Experience in food service, fast food, or customer-facing roles is an advantage (but not required).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be neat, reliable, and customer-oriented.
