Description

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash register.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance shopping experience.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience Level:0–2 years
• Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Qualities and Traits: Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a team environment
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Science-related courses preferred (Pharmacy, Biology, etc.)
• Student leaders & active in extracurricular activities are highly prioritized
• Open to deployment in different locations
• Willing to work long-term

Work Setup

• No weekends

• No holidays

• Overtime may be required

• Standing for long hours

Non-Negotiables

• Minimum height: 5 feet 2 inches

• BMI within normal range

• Non-smoker

• Open to relocation

• Must be committed to long-term employment

Salary & Benefits

• Php20,000 Basic Salary
• Plus PhP5,000 Licensing Fee (for Registered Pharmacists)
• Monthly Product Allowance – PhP3,000
