*Job Responsibilities*
- *Leasing & Negotiation*: Coordinate with key developers regarding available commercial spaces. Negotiate offer rates, terms, and charges according to company demands
- *Documentation*: Prepare and submit Letters of Intent (LOI), brand profiles, and required leasing documents. Arrange and file Lease Contracts securely
- *Permits & Operations*: Manage and arrange necessary permits required for technical operations and branch deliveries. Oversee compliance with mall and building terms
- *Site Management*: Conduct site evaluations and ocular visits to assess location suitability, visibility, traffic, accessibility, and overall feasibility
- *Lifecycle Monitoring*: Monitor and organize existing lease spaces for upcoming renewals or non-renewals
*Qualifications*
- *Education*: Bachelor’s Degree holder (any field)
- *Technical Skills*: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and highly knowledgeable in formal business correspondence
- *Soft Skills*: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- *Work Style*: Highly independent and capable of working with minimal supervision
*Location*: Head Office – Pasay City
*Schedule*: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
*Package*: ₱23,490.00 / month
