Luxury Retail Ambassador

About the Role

We are looking for a polished and customer-focused Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join a premium retail store at NAIA Terminal 3. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, and working with high-end products while engaging with local and international customers in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional, warm, and friendly manner
• Present and explain premium product features, collections, and selling points
• Provide excellent customer service to local and international customers
• Assist in sales transactions and after-sales support
• Maintain proper product display, store cleanliness, and overall store presentation
• Support inventory monitoring and daily store operations
• Help achieve store sales targets through excellent customer engagement
• Ensure that service, grooming, and store presentation standards are consistently followed

Qualifications

• With experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, beauty, fashion, or airline-related roles
• Experience in luxury retail, airport retail, jewelry, fashion, or premium products is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, well-groomed, and professional in appearance
• Customer-focused, sales-driven, and service-oriented
• Comfortable assisting local and international customers
• Must possess basic conversational English proficiency to communicate with international customers effectively
• Willing to be assigned at NAIA Terminal 3
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Must be willing to follow the company grooming and presentation standards
• Must have no visible tattoos while on duty
• Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
