We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store In-Charge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and drive sales performance to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily store operations and staff
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
• Ensure proper product merchandising, store cleanliness, and visual standards
• Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and accurate stock monitoring
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
