The Officer-in-Charge (OIC) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and leading the store team to achieve operational and sales objectives. The OIC will supervise staff, monitor inventory, manage store performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily sales reporting.

• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance.

• Ensure proper implementation of opening and closing procedures.

• Prepare and submit operational reports as required by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in restaurant operations, food service, retail, or a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service orientation.

• Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and restaurant operations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient in basic computer applications and report preparation.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

• Honest, reliable, organized, and results-oriented.
