Job description:

• Oversee our store at Taguig City or Pasig City
• Ensure that the assigned store is profitable
• Conducting Timekeeping activities in an accurate, timely manner.
• Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety
• Monitor and manage guest complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient follow up for the same to receive feedback
• Assist employee teams to provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the team to meet sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction and follow company procedures to increase productivity.
• Maintain and ensure compliance to established food quality and standards
