The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, supervising staff, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Supervise and monitor daily store operations.

·  Lead, motivate, and manage store personnel.

·  Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

·  Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.

·  Maintain proper inventory levels and oversee stock management.

·  Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

·  Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.

·  Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

·  Conduct regular store inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization.

·  Prepare operational and sales reports as required by management.

·  Assist in staff training, coaching, and performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

· At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, food service, or restaurant operations.

· Strong leadership and people management skills.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Proficient in basic computer applications and report preparation.

· Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
