To supervise the store operations to work as a cohesive team in delivering quality food products and excellent customer service while balancing it with a results-oriented objective.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor that quality food products are correctly served to customers
• Conduct proper forecasting of supplies for (daily) ordering
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the entire store
• Keep track of item movement in the store for monthly inventories
• Coordinate with the General Services Department the performance of the equipment, furniture and fixtures
• Implement the safety and security procedures in the stores
• Prepares and monitor staff attendance and man-hour stage
• Monitor individual performance of each staff
• Monitor, gather and analyze sales performance matrix
• Work together with the team and the Area manager in meeting the store’s goals and profitability

• College level
• At least has 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Customer service driven
• Financial and analytical skills
• Leadership skills
• Good planning and organizing skills
• Good proficiency in English language
• Good command of MS Office Applications
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work in multi-tasking environment
