- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Supervise staff performance and provide training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0-2 years of experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
