- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
- Manage inventory and ordering supplies.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and presentation.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred.
- Experience Level: Minimum 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, evening and weekend shifts may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player, ability to work under pressure.
