- Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, train staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain standards.
- Supervise daily operations and staff management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Address complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for efficient operations.
- Educational Qualifications: No specific degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in restaurant operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, teamwork, operations management, inventory management, computer literacy, communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, strong leader, excellent communicator, and problem solver.
