Front of House Supervisor

Description

• Oversee daily front of house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Train, supervise, and mentor front of house staff to create a cohesive team environment.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests to optimize seating and dining flow.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and sensitivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the dining area.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of Food and Beverages, Hospitality Management or equivalent

• With Pleasing Personality and have at least 5'3 in height

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a food and beverage particularly in a Fine Dining set-up
• Proven ability to effectively manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
