Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Help in managing daily operations and staff of a restaurant.

2. Execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems

3. Ensures achievement of all restaurant objectives while following all Company guidelines.

4. Leads, interviews, selects, directs, trains and develops crew members in the restaurant.

5. Must also be able to work and communicate effectively with restaurant team, including Restaurant Managers, Shift Supervisors and Crew Members.

Maximizes store sales goals versus budget and prior year, including participation in marketing programs.

6. Develops and implements appropriate plans to resolve unfavorable trends and enhance sales.

7. Manages assigned restaurant requirements for new product rollouts/procedure.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.

2. A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.

3. Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

4. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
