- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist in staff training and development.
- Manage inventory and supplies efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
