Food and Beverage Senior Manager in BGC Taguig upto 130k

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Senior Manager with a strong hospitality background to lead and oversee overall F&B operations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality management, with the ability to drive operational excellence, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily F&B operations across outlets and services

• Ensure high standards in food quality, customer service, hygiene, and operational efficiency

• Develop strategies to increase sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction

• Manage budgets, inventory, cost control, and overall business performance

• Lead, train, and motivate teams to achieve operational goals

• Work closely with chefs, operations, and management teams for smooth execution

• Maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and business partners

• Ensure compliance with hospitality and company standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field

• 8–10 years of Food & Beverage experience in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality groups

• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale F&B operations

• Strong operations, financial, and people management skills

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

• Experience in luxury hospitality or multinational environments is an advantage
