Job Description
The F & B Service Captain is responsible for handling of the day-to-day operations and works closely with other members of the F&B service team. This position carries out responsibilities in the following function such as to monitor & maintain the order & smoothness of the service operations for the F & B Service Section making sure that everything is within par & up to the prescribed service standard of the Sun Moon Pavilion, you shall report directly to the F & B Service Manager.
